Mermaid Whispers came to me after a recent trip to Western Australia. I was deeply inspired by the ocean, the dolphins and the way the sun reflected on the waters surface and the people whom I spent time with.

It was a truly wonderful trip and coming back to Melbourne into a 2 week lockdown really allowed me to focus my attention on creating a piece that held and reflected the energy and feelings from that trip and I truly feel that is what I have created.

This piece is going back to it’s origin and will find a forever home in Western Australia which I find poetic.
